Netball is a ball sport played by two teams of seven players. Games are played on a rectangular court with raised goal rings at each end.

Kho-kho is played by two teams of twelve nominated players out of fifteen, of which nine enter the field who sit on their knees (Chasing Team), and three extra (Defending Team) who try to avoid being touched by members of the other opposing team.

Judo is a modern martial art which was traditionally practiced as a gentle way of defense. Working the physical, mental and moral agility for best moves of defense, today the art has established itself as a sport. Being a part of Olympic and involving special training, Judo instills in students the ability to take down the opponent and thus make them able to fight with situations and people in times of need.

Karate on the other hand is a traditional martial art from China with striking as the base. It involves punching, kicking, elbow strikes and knee strikes as its mechanism.

Taekwando martial art form is associated with continuous kicking, and punching techniques. It is "The art of Kicking and Punching" or "The art of unarmed combat".

It is a very popular sport worldwide, played with a round and usually orange(orange-brown) ball that bounces. Basketball players mainly use skills such as dribbling, shooting, running, and jumping. Each made basket is worth two points, while a basket made from beyond the three-point line is worth three points.

Kabaddi is a team sport. Two teams are on opposite halves of a small field. They take turns sending a "raider" into the other half. This is to win points by tackling members of the opposing team.
